Ever feel like you're struggling to figure out how to feel better? Is it hard to remember all the tools, exercises, and options you have to try to manage your health? Are you struggling to figure out how to help partners, friends, and/or family members best help you feel better?

I was, too.

After years of thinking I would just 'remember' how to take care of myself, I needed to make some changes. I was basically trying to find a way to help mitigate issues with executive dysfunction from negatively impacting my ability to remember tools, exercises, and other things I could employ to feel better.

Simply put, I was trying to make life easier to cope with in the face of autistic burnout, ADHD, energy limitations, and other health issues.

So I built this 'game' to help me stop struggling so much.

It started out as a Google spreadsheet, where I had data that could help me (and my partner) think through what steps to take to help address my many physical, emotional, mental, and other needs.

My hope is that I continue to use this to help myself - and maybe it'll help you, too.
